Yes, sugarcane juice is the highly perishable thing it can be transferred into powder using spray dryers. You have to do some research on spray dryers because many of them don’t need any preservation .

idea is superb – infact this can be extended to lot of items. But problem is of taste after spray druing. there are some companies who have done this with sugarcane juice, coconut water and buttermilk as well but the result doesn’t taste good even after adding taste enhancers
Yes, Sir, You are correct from spray drying the taste maybe not as good as fresh sugarcane juice but its medical and refreshing properties will be same as a fresh one.
